- 3 / 4 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. Cream
- 1 C. Milk
- 2 t. Peppermint extract

The eggs in a bowl until frothy for 2 minutes. Whisk the sugar and beat until dissolved. Heat the cream and milk until it begins, only water vapor. Do not boil. 1 C. cream egg mixture slowly. Add the eggs into the pan with the rest of the cream.Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add the peppermint extract.

Refrigerate for 4 hours.

The mixture in the freezer. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Shortly before he is ready, add the crushed biscuits.

It's generous one liter.
